A variety of classes at all levels
Here at The Radiant Hand, our classes teach you to understand and become more aware of your body, to develop mental focus and clarity, and to learn about relaxation.
We offer a variety of classes from beginners to advanced levels. From vigorously physical, dynamic and intellectually stimulating yoga classes to deep and gentle classes.
Some classes include vinyasa (flowing sequences of postures); all classes involve hands-on adjustments by our teachers to improve physical alignment, the development of strength and stamina, pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and Sanskrit chanting.
Wide range of classes
We teach a wide range of classes and styles of yoga including Hatha, Dynamic, Deep Stretch or Yin yoga, Chi yoga, Pre and Post Natal and Hot yoga.
Classes at The Radiant Hand are 60 – 90 minutes long.
As well as private one-to-one tuition and personal training, we also teach small groups, either at our studio or at your workplace or office. Please contact us for further details.
